Strictly High Grown
Cultivated: Strictly at high altitudes above 1200 meters above sea level.
Characteristics: Its slower development allows the coffee to absorb more nutrients, resulting in a denser bean with enhanced flavor and healthy compounds. It maintains a lively acidity with a velvety texture, fruity aroma, and smooth body, scoring 80/82.
Appearance: Bluish-green color, with a very wrinkled and compact roast.
Preparation: Estimated between 8 to 18 defects.
HG (High Grown)
- Cultivated: Between 900 and 1200 meters above sea level.
Characteristics: This bean is uniform in the cup, with mild acidity, a medium to full body, and no harshness, scoring between 77 and 79 (SCAA)..
Appearance: Dark green or deep green color.
Preparation: Estimated between 18 and 40 defects.
Organic
Cultivated: Strictly at high altitudes above 1200 meters above sea level.
Characteristics: A coffee free of agrochemicals, certified by authorized certifying bodies, contributing to environmental preservation. It has smoother and sweeter flavors, offering significant health benefits by providing antioxidants and vitamins.
Appearance: Dark with a lighter surface, with a color reminiscent of amber and earthy tones.
